The sun was shining, the pitch was in fantastic condition but this was a day to forget for Crosshills FC. Many chances not taken, cheap goals conceded & outplayed throughout as it seemed that nobody’s head was on the game for the reds. The result did flatter the visitors a little but not taking it away from them, they played some great football at times and were devastatingly clinical infront of goal to earn the three points and a 6-0 romp away from home. The Crosshills lads have to put that result out of their minds as they have a tough away fixture at Shelf United FC of the Halifax & District League in the County Challenge Trophy on Saturday.
